I've never had a bad experience here. Billy was my service manager in the early 2000 with my Eclipse, then I somehow found him again at Casey's Toyota when I bought my Camry. After my warranty expired on my Camry, through the suggestion of my neighbor, I went to Carroll's and as fate would have it, Billy was once again, my service manager. After purchasing my new Highlander, I resumed service at Casey's due to the warranty. However, after numerous high expense charges from Casey's, I got smart again and came back to Carroll's. I told Billy, Casey's gave me a list of four items needing to be done on my car, totaling almost $4K. Billy looked it over and told me what I really need is only two of those items, and the cost was less than $300. I'll trust all my cars with Billy and the team at Carroll's Automotive.

My mom, Sandy, called Carroll's on Monday evening right as they were closing due to her vehicle leaking and starting to run hot. The technician not only helped her, he came and met her across town to diagnose the problem. The vehicle was repaired the next day! They went above and beyond to make sure her vehicle was safe to drive!

Just moved to Williamsburg 6 months ago and i was looking to find someone to do routine maintenance on my 2019 Toyota Avalon. I couldn't be happier with the tech and the management and service . The techs and manager explain what is needed and always get approval before replacing anything. I would recommend this repair shop for anyone needing service 100%.l will have all of my service provided by Carrolls in the future.

We drove to Williamsburg from Ohio and during the trip several warning lights were activated and we were concerned. We found Carroll's Automotive online and spoke to Brad who asked us to drive the car there. He was able to diagnose our problem and cleared the error codes. He was friendly, efficient, very professional and very kind to us. We would highly recommend going to Carroll's Automotive if you live in the area. We would certainly make them our automotive service provider if we lived in Williamsburg.

My boyfriend and I went here just because it was closest when we broke down on 64 on the way to VA beach but this was hands down THE BEST auto shop experience i have ever had. I believe the owner was one of the men that helped us and fit us in they're extremely busy shop, they got us back on the road within a hour. They went absolutely above and beyond expectation! They were extremely kind and thoughtful! If we lived closer they would 100% be our go to shop.

Fabulous and quick service! Our car began breaking down on our way to the beach (we're from Richmond) and this was the only place open- very friendly customer service, fabulous and clean facilities, and they even got our car working again!
